4 Kemble Street sale leads Lenox's disclosed transactions as most July deeds carry no price
Lenox recorded 17 property transfers in the Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds between July 24 and Aug. 22, but just five listed a sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $3,400,000 with a median of $338,700. The month's highest-priced transaction was 4 Kemble St., which sold for $3.4 million on July 24 from Eric George and Carol Forsyth Haythorne to Lori A. Robbins, trustee, and Cartwheel Revocable Trust; a second, unpriced deed for the same address was recorded the same day. Pittsfield Road saw three separate transfers. With most sale prices undisclosed, the available data does not support a broader read on market tone.
