Four of the 15 filings involved Main Street addresses, recorded within a two-day span. Several other entries were identified in the deeds as mortgages, assignments or family trust transfers rather than open-market sales. With price data available for just two of 15 filings, the records do not support a clear read on overall market direction this period.
