Five of the ten sales had a price recorded, ranging from $52,000 for 39 Tucker St to $1,175,000 for 2 St Andrews Ct, the period's top sale; the median recorded price was $660,000. The other five transfers, including several involving trusts and one condominium unit at Twelve Oaks Village, listed no sale price. One address, 215 West St, changed hands twice within the four-week span. With half of recorded deeds lacking recorded prices, the data offer only a partial picture of the period's market activity.
