The period's most notable single transaction was the $600,000 condominium sale at 46 Housatonic St. Unit 2B to buyer Elisabeth S. Chapman. The high share of non-disclosed transfers — including municipal acquisitions, lender-as-grantee instruments, and trust conveyances — makes a definitive read on market conditions for the month difficult to establish from deed data alone.
