Lenox records 14 deed transfers as three disclosed sales range from $25,000 to $280,000
Lenox recorded 14 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only three disclosed a sale price: $25,000, $50,000 and $280,000, for a median of $50,000 among those three. The period's top disclosed sale was 38 Hubbard St. at $280,000, sold by Carol A. Gilb and the estate of Judy Marie Breault to JGBS Holdings LLC. Sunset Avenue and Main Street each saw two recorded entries on the same day. With 11 of 14 transfers not disclosing price, including bank, trust and estate transactions, the available data offers only a partial picture of the month's market activity.
