The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 14 property transfers in Lenox between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10. Only three carried a sale price so far, ranging from $125,000 to $875,000, with a median of $684,000; prices for the remaining 11 transfers were not yet available in registry data. The period's most notable transaction was the $875,000 sale of 12 Sherwood Drive, a conventional sale from Francine Weinberg to David Eric Rifkin and Julie Auslander Rifkin. Two of the three priced transfers involved a bank or credit union as buyer. With pricing data limited to three of 14 recorded transfers, the period offers limited visibility into Lenox's overall sale-price trend.
