Lenox Records 15 Property Transfers as $3.4 Million Kemble Street Sale Tops the Month

The Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds recorded 15 property transfers in Lenox between July 17 and August 15. Only four listed a disclosed sale price, ranging from $100,000 to $3,400,000, with a median of $276,225 among those four. The month's highest-priced sale was 4 Kemble Street, which sold for $3,400,000 on July 24 to Lori A. Robbins, trustee of the Cartwheel Revocable Trust. Banks and credit unions, including Adams Community Bank and Greylock Federal Credit Union, appeared as buyer or seller in several of the recorded transfers. The Town of Lenox also acquired a property on East Street. Most transactions did not disclose a sale price.
