Lenox recorded 13 property deeds between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carried a sale price in the registry by press time, both involving a bank or credit union as buyer. Those two transactions ranged from $80,000 for 20 Bentrup Court to $566,000 for 8 Stone Ledge Road, the period's top sale, with a midpoint of $323,000. The remaining 11 deeds, including a Lennox Heights condo unit and two Housatonic Street transfers within the Salvatore family, have not yet posted a price. Financial institutions appeared as buyer or seller in five of the 13 filings, and family or trust transfers accounted for at least four more, leaving little price data to gauge the month's market tone.
