Lenox recorded 15 property deeds between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carried a sale price so far: $140,000, $810,000 and $833,000, a median of $810,000. The period's top sale was 130 East Dugway Road at $833,000, followed by 5 Stoneledge Road at $810,000. Twelve of the 15 recorded transactions, including deeds on Walker Street, Kemble Street and Main Street, have no price yet on file, a common lag in registry reporting rather than a sign prices were withheld.
