The period's top recorded sale was 86 Pine Knoll Road at $1,150,000, sold by trustees James B. Pollard and John S. Henderson to Eric and Rebecca Kinoshita. Eight of the 11 transfers, including two linked to 12 Sherwood Drive and others involving Greylock Federal Credit Union and Citizens Bank NA as sellers, have no price yet recorded. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a clear read on market tone this period.
